The BlackCELL BIC2 Charger is a simple and cost-efficient charger designed by BlackCELL Technology Co.. The BlackCELL BIC2 Charger is powered by an AC wall plug and has two independent microcomputer-controlled charging bays capable of charging simultaneously.  There is a 3-bar LED indicator light for each bay indicating current battery level, allowing you to monitor your charging progress. The BlackCELL BIC2 Charger is compatible with rechargeable lithium-ion, nickel–metal hydride, and nickel–cadmium batteries commonly used in electronic cigarettes, flashlights, electric tools, and more.
